Returns:
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
A return may only be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The item is defective upon arrival.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be approved in cases where:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been completed.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Exchanges:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Dislike of a fragrance's scent or personal preference.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
